One of the largest compensation claims against the Catholic Church starts today
A civil case for compensation for men who say they were abused at a Catholic-run children's home in East Yorkshire gets underway today. The case will start with five test claims. If successful it could result in pay-outs of millions of pounds. David Gibbs is the solicitor representing some of the victims, he says today is a huge day for the victims.
