Are doctors giving too many patients tests and drugs they do not need?

The Academy of Medical Royal Colleges has drawn up a list of 40 treatments they say bring little or no benefit to patients and should no longer be used. We get the view of Nigel Watson who has been a GP in the New Forest for 30 years.
