Ferdinand's sports academy plans

More details about plans to regenerate part of Houghton Regis in Bedfordshire have been unveiled at a real estate conference in London.

Former England captain Rio Ferdinand, along with footballers Mark Noble and Bobby Zamora, want to build 1,300 affordable homes, along with a brand new sports academy.
