A trade deal between the EU and Canada has been postponed amid Belgian concerns. The Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement - or CETA - was supposed to be signed on Tuesday, but the regional government of Wallonia, the French-speaking part of Belgium, said no. We explore all sides of the discussion in Europe and get a Canadian view from Christophe Bondy, a partner at the law firm Volterra Fietta.
