I'm allergic to water
It’s thought that there are just thirty two people in the world with an allergy to water. The incredibly rare condition known as aquagenic pruritus means that sufferers come out in hives when in contact with water, making everyday tasks such as showering, drinking or even walking in the rain potentially dangerous activities.
Dr Sarah Jarvis and Jeremy opened up the phone lines taking calls from a surprisingly large number of people suffering with similar symptoms including caller Noah Auerbach who first had a reaction to water as a child.
