Editor Bill Ries responds to a listener's concerns that the BBC World Service isn’t affording the same respect to Hillary Clinton as to Donald Trump.

On the latest The World This Week, during an item about the US Presidential Elections, Hillary Clinton was referred to several times by her first name while Donald Trump was addressed by his surname.
