Council Finances "In The Last Chance Saloon"

The finances of Northamptonshire County Council are in the "last chance saloon" and further cuts will follow, according to opposition councillors. Councillor Robin Brown, in charge of the County Council's finances tells Stuart on the show that the criticisms are not valid.
