Should Councils Be More Pro-Active Over Japanese Knotweed?

Councils in Northamptonshire are being urged to take more action against Japanese Knotweed, which can take over gardens and damage buildings. A conference to consider how it's being dealt with is planned, as a Knotweed expert and a Northampton Borough Councillor highlight locations where its growing in the county.
