North Korea test; French arrests; Uncertainty in Gabon
North Korea's neighbours have reacted angrily to the latest nuclear test by the secretive country. The South Korean President, Park Geun-hye has condemned the test as a provocation. President Obama has spoken to Ms Park by telephone about the latest development. Japan's Prime Minister, Shinzo Abe, said such a test could not be tolerated.
