‘David Luiz is a worse player now than when he left Chelsea’

French journalist Julien Laurens believes David Luiz will return back to the Premier League a worse player than when he left two years ago.

Chelsea have agreed terms with Paris St-Germain for defender David Luiz's return to Stamford Bridge. The transfer fee is around £34m, a figure Laurens feels was “too good” for PSG to turn down.
