G20 meet in China; Argentina Fracking; Endangered Great Apes
On day two of the G20 summit in China, world leaders are searching for ways to boost fragile economic growth.
Argentina has the world's largest recoverable shale gas reserves, after China, according to the US Energy Information Administration. However some of the gas reserves lie under land claimed by Mapuche indigenous people, who say the fracking is polluting their land. Grace Livingstone visits the Argentine province of Neuquen to investigate.
A subspecies of the world's largest primate, the eastern gorilla, has been listed as critically endangered, suggesting that it is close to extinction. Four out of the six great apes are now threatened with extinction. Newsday discusses the crisis with the Wildlife Conservation Society.
