Report Says Social Care Is "Poorly Funded & Disorganised"

There are calls today for fundamental reform of the social care system, amid claims that it's underfunded and badly organised. Northamptonshire has one the highest rates in the country of people staying longer in hospital than they need to, whilst care for them is sorted out.
