Grey-Thompson: There should be longer bans

Russian athletes have been banned from competing at the Rio 2016 Paralympics following the country's doping scandal.

Celebrated British Paralympian, Tanni Grey-Thompson told Shaun Ley "countries have to start thinking about criminalising the taking and provision of drugs".
