Ludovico Einaudi on playing in the Arctic

Acclaimed Italian composer and pianist Ludovico Einaudi has just returned from the Arctic Ocean near Svalbard, Norway, where he performed on a floating platform. Playing a grand piano to the backdrop of a surging glacier, Einaudi performed a specially composed piece entitled Elegy for the Arctic as part of a Greenpeace campaign to encourage world leaders to protect and safeguard the future of the Arctic.
