The Chief Operating Officer at Northampton General Hospital tells Stuart on the showthat a new 60-bed unit at the hospital is needed, after claims from health commissioners that it's a "worrying development." The Nene Clinical Commissioning Group says spending money in that way would mean less cash to help move peeople out of hospital who don't need to be there.
