Inheritance books: Ruby Wax
The World at One, broadcasting from the Hay literature festival, is asking people to name the books that have been passed down to them, and one volume they would like to hand over to the next generation.
The comedian and writer Ruby Wax told Martha Kearney she was inspired by the author Mark Williams, who wrote a book on mindfulness.
