France and UK Call for Syria Aid Drops

France and the UK have called on the UN to begin air drops of humanitarian aid to besieged areas in Syria.

Gunmen have stormed a hotel in the centre of the Somali capital Mogadishu, with reports of at least 10 dead and 50 wounded.
