Brazilian President Dilma Rousseff could become the first Brazilian president to fail to complete a presidential term in more than 20 years. She tried to pretend it was business as usual when she lit the Olympic torch in Brasilia earlier this week. But it was overshadowed by the crises she faces including an impeachment trial, which could start as early as next week. Our Brazil correspondent, Wyre Davis, has been speaking to the president.

Scientists at Oxford University in Britain have used virtual reality to help treat patients with severe paranoia. The computer generated environments were designed to help patients realise that their mistrust and fear of other people were unfounded.
