We will speak to Simon Bingo a film maker from South Sudan who wants to redefine the way the conflict in his country is described.

The BBC's Justin Rowlatt is in Nepal to find out why reconstruction has not really started, one year after the earthquake that devastated the country.

And we will speak to a Burundian lady who's been given an award for saving the lives of dozens of people during the civil war in her country.
