Anti-corruption tsar: transparency needs to have purpose

Anti-corruption tsar Sir Eric Pickles is lukewarm about the idea that all Members of Parliament should be made to publish their tax returns.

He said "Transparency needs to have purpose" but that he is "willing to listen" to arguments for more tax transparency.
