A rock in the wrong place
A 3 tonne rock is delivered 80 yards short of its correct location to mark the location of the former New Fancy Mine near Parkend in the Forest of Dean.
A group of historians in the Forest of Dean are stuck between a rock and a hard place - literally.
They were given a three tonne rock to mark the location of the former New Fancy Mine near Parkend but there's one small problem...the rock had to be left 80 yards short of the mine shaft as the ground was too soft due to rainfall.
The Forest Local History Society is now looking for help moving the stone.
