Kate speaks to Olivia Jew from St James City Farm in Tredworth - an educational community project run by volunteers open all year round. Costing roughly £50,000 a year to run, the farm is supported by The Friendship Café, and financed by the Police Crime Commissioner, County Council and donations from people and local businesses.
