Bill Evans in the Black Forest
Bill Evans recorded at Georg Brunner Schwer's studio in Black Forest in 1968 and the tapes have been released as a double album.
Bill Evans recorded at Georg Brunner Schwer's studio in Black Forest in 1968. The session was just five days later than a performance at the Montreux Jazz Festival. We hear the result of that recording session. Also there's jazz from the Christian McBride Trio, some Keith Jarrett from his Rio concert and a couple from the Alex Welsh band in the sixties.
