We get a cookery masterclass from East India café who focus on authentic food from a very specific time, between 1858 and 1947, known as The British Raj. And it’s the icing on the cake for Great British Bake Off Winner, Bangladeshi born Nadiya Hussain who baked the Queens 90th cake this week.
