Diabetes prevention strategy offers "limited returns"

The National Clinical Director for Obesity and Diabetes for NHS England, Professor Jonathan Valabhji, says campaigns relying on personal responsibility to prevent diabetes have brought "limited returns" and a new strategy is required.
