'Crash for cash is not a victimless crime'
Thousands of drivers are deliberately causing car crashes every year, according to figures from insurance company Aviva.
It is known as 'crash for cash', - scams in which criminals drive into other vehicles to make a profit from insurance claims.
Stuart Lever owns a van hire company in Greater Manchester and has been the victim of almost £300,000 of claims.
