Joanna Lumley: London 'ready' for garden bridge

Actress Joanna Lumley lobbied Mayor of London Boris Johnson for a garden bridge to be built over the River Thames.

She spoke to PM reporter Andrew Bomford in May 2014. Questions have since been raised about the fairness of the procurement process which chose the designer of the bridge.
