When President Obama took office, Africans took note of his Kenyan roots. But today, with less than a year left in office, Obama is considered a disappointment by some Africans. The journalist Ofeibea Quirst-Arcton hails from Ghana and lives in Senegal. She says Hillary Clinton has attracted notice as Secretary of State, but it’s Donald Trump who’s making headlines on the continent.
