
Trump and Rubio Clash Over Islam 'Hate'
Make or break moment for Senator Rubio; Stolen files list IS-members' details; Migrants in North Africa
In the United States a make or break moment in the Republican race for the presidency: many are seeing the latest debate as the last chance for Senator Marco Rubio to make a meaningful impression against Donald Trump, particularly as the latest winner-takes-all primary takes place in Mr Rubio's own home state of Florida in the coming days.
Germany's interior minister says stolen files listing the names of thousands of recruits to the so called Islamic State militant group can be assumed to be genuine. The documents contain information given out by new recruits as they entered territory controlled by the Islamists, including blood group and preference of whether they wanted to be a "fighter" or "suicide bomber".
A new migrant crisis is quietly building up on North Africa's Mediterranean coast according to the International Organisation for Migration. There are at least 100 000 African migrants in Morocco and more than half a million in Libya, and all are thought to want to get to Europe. They sleep in abandoned homes, derelict warehouses, city streets, forest camps.
