
Sanders Wins the Democratic Primary in Michigan
Significant upset over Hilary Clinton; Europe closes more borders; Man v Machine - it's Go!
Senator Bernie Sanders has won the Democratic primary in Michigan, in an upset for the front runner Hillary Clinton who was predicted to win. Shortly before the race was called in his favour, Mr Sanders said it had been "a fantastic night" in Michigan. Hillary Clinton won in Mississippi, the other state holding a Democratic primary on Tuesday.
Slovenia has become the latest European nation to restrict access for migrants. Only those who are seeking asylum or arriving at the border for humanitarian reasons will be allowed entry. Other countries in the region have already applied similar rules meaning that Slovenia's decision now effectively closes the main migrant route from Greece to Northern Europe.
And, today in Seoul begins a battle for supremacy between man and machine! On one side there is Google's artificial intelligence machine, AlphaGo. On the other is the human Go champion Lee Se-dol. Let's Go!
