Cycling in Cheltenham

Cheltenham is hoping to get a share of a fund set up to improve cycling facilities- and the town's MP, Alex Chalk, is hoping the area will become renowned for it's cycling friendliness- like Bristol, Plymouth, Glasgow and Cardiff.
