France and Turkey Condemn Syrian Hospitals Attacks
MSF attacks; Ukrainian vote; Zimbabwean mystery
The United Nations have called airstrikes in northern Syria, which hit several hospitals and schools, a “blatant violation of international laws”. As many as 50 people are reported to have been killed in the missile attacks.
It's a crucial day for the government of Ukraine, which is hoping to avoid a vote of no-confidence from parliament. It comes after the UK and IMF expressed concerns over a string of resignations from reform-minded ministers.
