Syria Hospital Strikes ‘War Crimes’

Hospital attacks; Poland camps; Columbine mother

France and Turkey have said that air strikes on hospitals in northern Syria constitute war crimes. Up to fifty people have been killed in missile attacks on schools and hospitals in the region, the UN said.

The government of Poland plans to introduce a law making it a crime to imply that the country bears any responsibility for atrocities carried out on Polish soil by Nazi Germany. People could face up to five years in prison if found guilty.

For 17 years, the parents of the Columbine High School killers have kept their silence. Now Sue Klebold, the mother of Dylan Klebold, has spoken to the BBC. She tells Kirsty Wark, “I’m just so sorry”.
