Is Pellegrini 'too nice' to win this season's title?
Former Manchester City defender Danny Mills says current boss Manuel Pellegrini needs to be ruthless with his playing squad this season if his side are to go on to win the league.
City were held to a 0-0 draw by Everton at the Etihad on Wednesday evening, but both Mills and former Premier League striker Steve Claridge believe the manager is not getting the best from the side's array of attacking options.
Pellegrini's side sit three points behind Leicester City and Arsenal at the top of the Premier League.
