UN Finds Starving Syrian Children In Madaya
Starving children in Madaya; Venezuela's Supreme Court ruling; Light bulb heat recycled
United Nations staff say they found starving children in the besieged Syrian town of Madaya, as an international convoy took in aid. Residents of Madaya have described eating cats, grass and rubbish from bins, with rice selling at more than 400 dollars a kilogram.
Venezuela's Supreme Court has ruled that all measures taken by the new opposition-controlled parliament will be considered null and void.
Researchers in the United States say they've developed a technique that can recycle into light the heat lost by traditional incandescent light bulbs.
