
Mexico Considers Extraditing Drug Lord 'El Chapo'

Authorities in Mexico says formal extradition proceedings against the drug trafficker, Joaquin "El Chapo" Guzman have started. The drug lord is expected to be extradited to the United States.
The United Nations says an aid convoy carrying a month's supply of food and medicine will set off for the besieged Syrian town of Madaya on Monday. 40,000 people are trapped there by a Syrian government blockade and have received no food since October.
