Lord Coe: Full interview

IAAF president Lord Coe has defended the decision by the scandal-hit IAAF to award the 2021 World Athletics Championships to the US city of Eugene, which is being investigated by French prosecutors.

In a wide-ranging interview, Lord Coe went on to describe the steps Russia must go through if it wants to reach the Rio Olympics in 2016.

"If we don't get the change we want, then I'm afraid the clean athletes are going to have to sit this out", he said.
