Outdoor swimming at Fritton Lake

A hard core of swimmers hardy enough to brave the cold waters meets every Saturday at Fritton Lake, near Great Yarmouth.

They are open-water swimmers. and the winter's chill does not deter them.

The club doesn't take new members after October because swimmers need time to acclimatise to winter conditions.
