Ipswich Town see first profit since 2007
The sale of Aaron Cresswell and Tyrone Mings has been given as the main reason Ipswich Town have made a profit, their first since Marcus Evans took charge in 2007.
The pre-tax sum of £5.3m was largely down to the sales of the defenders during the period.
The figure compares to a loss of £7.2m over the previous 12 months.
It was also confirmed at last night's shareholder's AGM the club's overall debt has risen from £86mto £87.2m.
