Dannatt: No victory without boots on ground in Syria

The former British Army chief Lord Dannatt told Mark Mardell that air power on its own will not defeat the so-called Islamic State.

He was speaking the day before Britsh members of Parliament were due to vote to potentially authorise military action in Syria.
