Paris Hosting UN Climate Change Summit

A UN conference on climate change is due to open in the French capital Paris. Negotiators from 195 countries will try to finalise a new treaty on limiting global warming in an attempt to deal with encroaching drought and devastating floods across the planet.

The EU has agreed to give Turkey more than 3 billion dollars so that the country can stem the flow of migrants and refugees pouring into Europe.
