Aubameyang will not leave Dortmund until 2020 – Honigstein

Borussia Dortmund have seen numerous high-profile players depart in recent seasons, most notably Robert Lewandowski and Mario Gotze.

But German football expert Raphael Honigstein does not believe the trend will continue with Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang.

“Aubameyang doesn’t have a release clause and seeing out his contract will take him till 2020,” said Honigstein.

“I don’t think there’s a realistic chance that he is going to go unless one of his dream clubs come in for him.”

The Gabon international has 19 goals in 16 games so far this season.
