Bank of England: Rate rise won't solve housing problems
In her first broadcast interview, the Bank of England's first female Deputy Governor, Dame Namet Shafik (or Minouche as she prefers to be called), says interest rates can't be set just for the housing market and the Bank can use other tools to control prices instead.
She also told 5Live's Adam Parson's that the UK is nearing full employment.
