Thousands of refugees and migrants have been spending the night outside in freezing temperatures in Serbia waiting for the border with Croatia to open; A raid by US and Kurdish forces has freed about seventy captives from an Islamic State prison in northern Iraq; Experts say the way to tackle antibiotic resistance is rapid diagnostic tests.
