Thousands Spend Night at Croatian-Serbian Border

Thousands of refugees and migrants have been spending the night outside in freezing temperatures in Serbia waiting for the border with Croatia to open; A raid by US and Kurdish forces has freed about seventy captives from an Islamic State prison in northern Iraq; Sweden has reacted with shock to the killing of a teacher and pupil at a school in the west of the country.
