Russia Accused of Bombing Civilians and Rebels in Syria

Moscow says it is targeting Islamic State; Refugees in Austria; Palestinian flag at UN HQ

Moscow says its air strikes are targeting the Islamic State group. But the BBC has heard from several people who say they live near the Syrian city of Homs and that civilians, including children, were among those killed.
Austria is out-sourcing some of its asylum seekers to Slovakia, which agreed to take 500 refugees to ease the pressure on its neighbour.
And for the first time, the Palestinian flag has been raised at the United Nations headquarters in New York.
