VW says Recall to Begin in January

Volkwagen's new boss says the recall of millions of diesel vehicles affected by the emissions testing scandal is likely to start in January and should be a simple process in most cases. Four people have been arrested in Australia by police investigating the killing of a civilian colleague in what is being seen as a terror-related attack. The general behind the failed coup in Burkina Faso has been charged with murder and threatening state security.
