Migrant Crisis: What Are the Solutions?

Europe's politicians have yet to find a solution to the migrant crisis gripping the continent. Thousands of people are trying to get into the European Union - many fleeing war and persecution, others looking for better economic opportunities. The problem is clear but the solutions much less obvious. We gather some experts to consider the options.

Rugby's World Cup starts today in England and Wales. The first match is at Twickenham and sees Fiji take on England. New Zealand are the tournament favourites.
