A new start for a French chef 10 years after Katrina
French cuisine was hard to find in southern New Mexico before Theirry Marceaux opened Le Rendez-vous Café eight years ago. It has proved to be very popular - but it has been an unexpected career move. Marceaux was once the head pastry chef at the historic Fairmont Hotel in New Orleans. Then came Hurricane Katrina.
