"Sometimes you think the worst is going to happen".

Three years ago, 4-year-old Dylan Cecil from Kettering fell into the sea while on a family trip to Somerset. His body was found 4 days later. A tragic accident which according to the coroner "could happen to any parent". Dylan's mum Rachel McCollom has been telling Stuart Linnell about the devastating incident she remembers every day.
